I have to recommend a highly useful tool to power-up your online job search. It is Simply Hired. Simply Hired essentially gathers jobs from hundreds of job sites and puts them in one search results function. They then give you the power to filter by experience requirements, company size, education level required and more. The ability rank jobs, save jobs to a My Jobs list for later review are all very nice.

If you are going to apply to a job, you will still end up visiting Monster, Career Builder et al. However, it will save you some time, and they do pull from smaller, specialized job sites that you might not visit or know about it.

Worth a look if you are in the market or are doing research.
